Incumbent Johnny Cason won re-election to his City Commission seat, defeating Challenger John Perry II by a mere 12 votes.
The expectations of poor turnout proved to be true with 6.1% of the electorate placing votes.
Cason ended the evening with 304 votes to Perry’s 292.
