Attorneys for St. Simons Island resident Tamara Nedlouf. made a final settlement motion Friday in a lawsuit regarding a major data breach in 2015 that resulted in hackers receiving personal and financial information for an estimated 760,000 people nationwide. The class action suit was filed against PNI Digital Media, which is owned by the Staples office-supply company. PNI managed online photo hubs for retailers like CVS, who notified Nedlouf of the data breach. The class action settlement requested was for $650,000, plus other expenses.
