From Glynn County Police:
"Glynn County GA – On May 19, 2023, at approximately 9:30 PM, the Glynn County Police
Department (GCPD) responded to a Shots Fired call on I-95 Southbound. The Glynn –
Brunswick 911 Center, received the initial call, reported that a female was shot at twice from
someone in another vehicle while traveling Southbound on I-95.
Subsequently, GCPD Officers were able to physically contact the female who was shot at and
were able to obtain a description of the vehicle where the shots may have come from and were
able to confirm the victim did not sustain any injuries.
The shooting appears to have taken place between mile markers 47 and 44 on I-95 Southbound,
during an aggressive driver incident. According to the victim, while the suspect vehicle was
traveling along side her vehicle, she heard something striking her vehicle. The victim further
reported the suspect vehicle continued to drive aggressively, eventually slowing down alongside
her vehicle again. At this time, she reported hearing a gunshot.
