The treasurer of the Risley PTSA, also a Glynn County Schools employee, was arrested yesterday and accused of stealing approximately $2500 in funds. 44-year-old Kimberly Yarbrough was investigated after officers of the PTSA became suspicious of some of the financial activity in their books and performed an audit. They reported their concerns to school police, who launched an investigation. Investigator Ricky Hilburn led the effort, which resulted in yesterday afternoon's arrest. Yarbrough is charged with Theft by Conversion.
