Commissioner Bob Coleman Not Guilty On All Counts

In his trial on a second indictment for insurance-related charges, County Commissioner Bob Coleman was found not guilty on all four counts that went to the jury. The indictment charged him with six counts. The judge granted a motion for a directed verdict of acquittal on counts five and six.

Coleman is still facing charges in an indictment in which his wife Sherry is a co-defendant. There is no trial date set for that indictment, which was actually filed before the one heard in today’s verdict.
