County Commissioner Bob Coleman and his wife Sherry both appeared in court today for an appearance related to an number of insurance-related charges under which they’ve been indicted. The Colemans were hit with a fifteen-count indictment in January, while Bob Coleman was indicted under six further counts in June.
Sherry Coleman, represented by attorney Jonathan Dunn, pled not guilty to all charges this morning.
Bob Coleman, represented by Alan Tucker, had previously pled not guilty, now has a date set for trial. Coleman is due in court November 18th. There’ll be a hearing for motions on November 4th.
Despite the indictments, Coleman continues to serve as a Glynn County Commissioner.
