ONE PERSON KILLED, ONE PERSON IN CUSTODY AFTER SUNDAY MORNINGSHOOTING IN ARCO NEIGHBORHOOD
On Sunday, August 13, 2018, at just before 10:00 A.M., officers with the Glynn County Police Department responded to a report of a person shot in the 3600 block of Habersham Street. Before arriving, officers learned the victim, 23-year-old Michael Diggs, Jr. was being driven by someone on scene to the Southeast Georgia Health System – Brunswick Campus.Mr. Diggs succumbed to his gunshot injuries and was pronounced dead at the hospital.Investigators have arrested 19-year-old Glynn County resident Sataria Jackson for Murder.
