Steven Hernandez of Hollywood, Fla., has been arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute by Camden County Police. Hernandez was caught by police during a traffic stop on I-95 near the Woodbine exit and was allegedly carrying $2.5 million worth of THC oil. Hernandez was also allegedly carrying eight glass jars of the THC oil bottled in vape containers to be used in electronic cigarette devices. The jars contained more than 500 grams of the oil in each jar. There were also more than 160 cartons of vape containers. Each carton held 100 containers.
