Last week Glynn County held a private ceremony honoring late County Clerk Cindee Overstreet and dedicated the main Lake at Blythe Island Regional Park in her honor, naming it Lake Cindee. Co-workers, family, and friends of Cindee, gathered for the dedication. Her husband, Randy Overstreet, unveiled the sign along with Commission Chairman Bill Brunson. Overstreet served as County Clerk for 13 years and lost her battle with breast cancer in early 2018.
