52 year old Mary Fleming of Brunswick is the woman who was shot in the back Sunday evening. According to the Brunswick police she was driving to her home on Woodland Way when her truck was struck by gunfire hitting her in the back. She was treated and released from Southeast Georgia Health System. A Chevy Trailblazer in the area also was damaged by the gunfire.
