The island planning commission deferred action last night on a preliminary plat for a 33 lot subdivision at the end of South Harrington Road. After a number of concerns were raised by the public, the IPC decided to get more details and information from the property owner, P&M Cedar Products. The property's zoning allows 6000 square foot lots and the IPC wants to know if the owner would reduce density by increasing lot size to 12000 square feet. Concerns were also raised about drainage, flooding and traffic.
