A motorcyclist was airlifted for emergency medical treatment Tuesday afternoon from Thalman, where he was involved in a crash with a Glynn County Police Department squad car. The crash occurred about 3:15 p.m. on Ga. Highway 32 near East Glynn Avenue. Emergency radio communications indicated the motorcyclist suffered a broken leg and had a bloody nose. Police were advised by an off-duty firefighter to call a helicopter to more quickly transport the motorcyclist for medical treatment.
