A man walking along U.S. 17 near Chapel Crossing was hit by a pick up truck and died late Sunday evening. According to the Ga. State Patrol, 23 year old Christopher Miller of Brunswick was driving the truck that hit the pedestrian. The victim has been identified as 47-year-old Richard Edward Riddle.
