Georgia Tourism Conference Hits Jekyll

After being postponed due to Hurricane Irma, the Georgia Governor’s Tourism Conference is underway this week at the Jekyll Island convention center. More than 400 tourism and visitors bureau officials from across Georgia are expected to attend the four-day educational and networking travel conference. Gov. Nathan Deal is expected to address the conference in a keynote speech during an award ceremony tomorrow morning.
