The Islands Planning Commission will hold a special called meeting Thursday to consider a Sea Island rezoning request and to consider a site plan approval for a new golf performance building, pool and pool house, and new cottages on Retreat Avenue on St. Simons Island. These items were deferred from the previous meeting so four members of the IPC could visit the site.
