County police arrested 33 year old Joshua James Cutillo on Monday, charging him with concealing the death of Carl Ethridge Murphy, burglary and misdemeanor theft by deception. Police say Cutillo found Murphy’s body in his home on North Goodbread Road on Oct. 13, but declined to report it. Instead, Cutillo is accused of using Murphy’s death as an opportunity to slip into his home and steal. Cutillo remained in the Glynn County Detention Center yesterday, where he is being held without bond.
