Man Makes Lesser Plea in Meth Ring Case

49 year old Lemuel Glenn Henderson of Brantley County pled guilty yesterday to possession of a firearm by a felon before U.S. District Judge Lisa Godbey Wood. In exchange for his guilty plea, the government agreed to dismiss the conspiracy charge in which Henderson along with nine others were indicted in a three-county methamphetamine production and distribution ring led by Susan Anderson of Brantley County. The most Judge Wood could impose on Henderson is 10 years in prison.
