Murder Charges Delayed for Suspect

Antoine Bernard Ladson, accused of shooting and killing his 21 year old girlfriend in August 2016, did not go to trial as scheduled. Instead his case has been placed on a dead docket. District Attorney Jackie Johnson told the judge her office did not have enough evidence to effectively try Ladson in the murder case, but are moving forward on the aggravated assault accusation. In July 2016 Ladson allegedly threatened to kill another man, hit him with a vehicle and shot bullets into the man’s car.
