Flash Foods and Glynn County will make their cases before Superior Court Judge Steven Scarlett today about whether the Islands Planning Commission’s denial of a conditional use permit violated the state constitution. The IPC denied Flash Food’s request for a conditional use permit in 2015. The permit would have allowed gas pumps at 1801 Frederica Rd. on St. Simons Island.
