41-year-old William Keith Smith of Cate St. in Brunswick was arrested this week and charged with two counts of selling drugs and three counts of dog fighting. Narcotics agents executed a search warrant on Smith’s house in mid-June when they discovered evidence of dog fighting and seized 7 pit bulls. The resulting investigation culminatedMonday with Smith’s arrest. The dogs are currently at Glynn County Animal control. No decision on the dogs’ fate will be made until the court’s disposition of the Smith’s case.
