Lisa Ann Rayfield was arrested after she confronted several dogs she claimed were being aggressive towards her by shooting an assault rifle at them. The dogs belong to a neighbor and had been an ongoing subject of discussion about their aggressiveness. One of the shots fired hit a neighboring home and struck the dishwasher. Rayfield called police and was arrested for firing a gun near a highway or public street and criminal trespass.
