Steven Clayton Ratliff, originally charged in the case of a woman who was attacked in an attempted carjacking in the parking lot of Hobby Lobby last August, is no longer under suspicion. Police say he was unaware of the intentions of his friends Zachary Briant Combs and Zachary Lee Miller when they engaged in the attempted abduction and that he was never directly involved int eh execution of the crime.
