A 17 year old from Brunswick was robbed at gunpoint of his shirt, jeans, shoes and mobile phone about 7:00 Tuesday evening by a youth wearing a mask behind a discount shop at 1st Street and Altama Ave. in Brunswick. The victim told police the mask did not completely cover his assailant’s face and he knew who he was. Police picked up the suspect a short time later after which he taken to the state Regional Youth Detention Center in Waycross and charged with armed robbery and possession of a firearm.
