A section of North Harrington Rd. on St. Simons Island from Frederica Rd. to Harrington Ln. will remain closed until Friday, August 25 in order to install a sewer main. Unforeseen complications have extended the closure. Also a section of the westbound lane of North Harrington Rd. east of Harrington Ln. will have intermittent lane closures during daylight hours only. Homeowner access will be maintained but all other traffic will be detoured via Harrington Ln. and South Harrington Rd.
