Last Thursday 44 year old James Lee Roberts was sentenced in Brunswick’s U.S. District Court to 7 years and 4 months in state prison on drug charges. Roberts was accused of heading up a Glynn County cocaine distribution ring involving his sister and others. Roberts had previously served a 20 year sentence in state prison for aggravated assault on a police officer.
