According to City Engineer Garrow Alberson all the underground drainage and sewer work on Mansfield St. from Bay St. to Ellis St. should be finished by the end of August. Paving will begin as soon as the underground work is complete. The joint effort between the Joint Water and Sewer Commission and the City of Brunswick included water and sewer and storm water upgrades and has taken much longer than expected.
