State Rep. Jason Spencer (R-Woodbine) has proposed an amendment to the Georgia Hidden Predator Act that he sponsored in 2015. The amendment would reportedly close the loophole that allows businesses and non-profits that allegedly enabled or covered up predatory behavior to avoid any potential financial liability. The Hidden Predator Act extended the statute of limitations for victims of childhood sexual abuse.
