The Camden County Joint Development Authority has approved a master development agreement for a multi-use sports and entertainment complex in Kingsland. Epic Adventures will be built on a 480-acre tract in Kingsland on the west side of Interstate 95 between exits 1 and 3. Kingsland Mayor Ken Smith said the first phase of construction, will include an RV resort with cabins and other amenities and construction will begin this summer. The resort is scheduled to open next spring.
