49 year old John William Roosevelt indicted yesterday by a Glynn County Superior Court Grand Jury for the murder of his mother Linda Mansfield. Roosevelt, who lived with his mother in Marshes of MacKay in Brunswick, has been in jail since May 23 on charges of forgery and theft. Mrs. Mansfield has been missing since May 22 and Glynn County police along with other area agencies have searched extensively for her and are still looking. Roosevelt was charged yesterday with malice murder, aggravated assault, felony murder, concealing the death of another, making terroristic threats and two counts of making false statements.
