Engineer Todd Kline updated the Joint Water and sewer commission yesterday on several key projects including the installation of the new sewer line to the north end of St. Simons Island and the overdue joint city / JWSC Mansfield St. drainage and sewer project.The island sewer project is on target to be done by the original completion date of July 22.The sewer line work n Mansfield St. is substantially complete and the hold up is finishing the drainage portion. The JWSC and City will meet with the contractor on Tuesday to lay out a plan for completion.
