A week long investigation conducted by the Camden County Sheriff’s office, Georgia Bureau of Investigation, and Naval Criminal Investigative Service resulted in the arrest of six individuals involved with sex crimes. Those who were arrested included a 34-year-old homeless man who was charged with criminal attempt to commit child molestation and criminal attempt to entice a child for indecent purposes. The charges of the other individuals, three St. Marys men and two Jacksonville women, include prostitution, criminal attempt to commit aggravated child molestation, and pimping.
