Two Counts Against Adkins Dropped

Before beginning jury selection yesterday morning, prosecutors dropped two of the 11 counts against Kenneth Adkins who has been charged with five counts of aggravated child molestation; three counts of simple child molestation; two counts of enticing a child for indecent purposes and one count of influencing a witness. The assistant district attorney told Glynn Superior Court Judge Stephen Scarlett that one witness could not testify with certainty on the date of two sexual offenses for which Adkins is charged.
