Representing the Coastal Georgia Greenway, St. Simons resident Ben Slade asked the county commission this week to support the Greenway trail, which is proposed to run from South Carolina to Florida. Along with a resolution of support for the trail, Slade asked the county to request a proposal from the PATH Foundation for a master plan to complement the existing St. Simons bike trail study, and consider contracting with PATH to prepare a master plan for trails on the mainland
