The Glynn County board of education has contracted with the Georgia School Boards Association to conduct a national search for a superintendent to replace Howard Mann will retire on June 30. Mann has served as superintendent since 2009. The deadline for applications is April 16 after which the state school board association will begin reviewing the applicants for qualifications before forwarding them to the local board.
