42 year old David Thomas Hubbard of South Carolina was killed on I-95 north of DarienFriday when he lost control of his motorcycle and hit a guardrail in the median and was thrown from the motorcycle. The Georgia State Patrol said that a worn out rear tire caused the accident. The GSP also said Hubbard was wearing a plastic novelty helmet not approved by the U.S. Dept. of Transportation.
