The Glynn County school board approved about $258,000 worth of new LED lighting at the County Stadium on Fourth St. during last night’s meeting. The project will also include new wiring and electrical components. It will be paid for out of Stadium Upgrade funds in ESPLOST 2 as a “pay as you go” project. The board also approved the purchase of 15 new school buses at $1.8 million to be funded by the Capital Projects fund.
