During their regular meeting this Thursday night the Glynn County Commission will consider enacting a 45 day moratorium to bar the acceptance and receipt of applications for approval of site plans, preliminary plats, conditional use permits, special use permits, planned developments, and rezonings. The moratorium resolution, which would halt new development in Glynn County if approved, is sponsored by Islands Commissioner Dr. Peter Murphy.
