Man Investigated for Threatening McDonald's Employees

This afternoon Glynn County police took a man into custody in the McDonald's on 341 after he allegedly threatened to shoot the employees working at the fast food restaurant.

Police arrived to find the man in a back booth of the restaurant and took him into custody without incident. After investigating the threats, the witness to the initial threats was no longer on scene. The man was unarmed and found to be of diminished mental capacity. Officers took him to his home. The restaurant was fully back up to speed within minutes.
