State DNR law enforcement officers arrested two Hortense men Saturday morning for riding ATVs on Bladen Road, an unpaved county right-of-way off Highway 99 in western Glynn County. The ATVs were not legally equipped to be on a public road. In addition, the men, one 25 and the other 38, were charged with DUI and littering after leaving a number of beer cans and other trash where they had been drinking near the railroad tracks. Both men were taken to the county jail.
