The Glynn County Sheriff’s office has offered a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Richard Lee O’Quinn who escaped custody last week at the courthouse after slipping his handcuffs. Described as a white male with short dark hair and beard O’Quinn is 5’11”, 170 pounds and wanted for credit card fraud and six counts of shoplifting.
