On November 19, 2018 Detectives with the Brunswick Police Department were able to secure warrants for the arrest of Geoffrey Wallace, 29. This was in reference to the 2012 murder of Gregory Boone. On November 19, 2012 officers with the Brunswick Police Department, responded to the 2600 block of Union Street. Gregory Boone had been shot while sitting in a vehicle. Gregory Boone was transported to the Southeast Georgia Health System where he succumbed to his injuries.
At approximately 6:30 pm Detectives with the Brunswick Police arrested Geoffrey Wallace in the 1500 block of Gloucester Street. Geoffrey Wallace was transported to the Glynn County Detention Center and warrants were served on him for the following offenses;
1 count of Murder
2 counts of Criminal Attempt to Commit Murder
1 count of Possession of Firearm During, the Commission of a Crime
