In a winning streak dating back to former County finance director Phyllis McNicoll, Glynn County’s finance department, now under CFO Tonya Miller, earned the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award for the 15th year in a row. The department also won a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for the 30th consecutive year. In order to win the Distinguished Budget award the County had to satisfy nationally recognized guidelines for effective budget presentation.
