Beginning at 8 tomorrow morning a section of Third St. East Beach on St. Simons Island from Bruce Dr. to Dixon Ln. will be closed until 5:00 p.m. in order to install new sewer service. Homeowner access will be maintained. All other traffic should plan to take an alternate route.
