From Chief Matt Doering: "On May 23, 2017 at 11:23am, officers went to 103 Mackay Drive to check on 72-year-old Linda Mansfield. Officers were unable to find her, but did find the circumstance of her disappearance and filed a missing person report.
"During the preliminary investigation detectives found evidence of foul play.
"The investigation is ongoing to find Ms. Mansfield and any information or findings that may be related to her disappearance. She was last seen during the week of May 15th.
"Anyone with any information that may be helpful to investigators is asked to call the County Police Detectives at 912-554-7802 or 912-264-1333."
