Glynn County Superior Court Judge Anthony Harrison heard evidence Tuesday regarding the possible recusal of Judge Robert Guy in the Richard Wiltfang case. During the Tuesday hearing, defense attorney Bob Crowe said some of the facts presented by the prosecution during Wiltfang’s plea hearing were not factual and painted a prejudicial picture of the defendant as being especially reckless. On October 23, Wiltfang admitted responsibility for hitting and killing his girlfriend with his truck following dinner at a Reynolds Street restaurant on Nov. 26, 2016. Judge Harrison said he would review the file and arguments before ruling on the recusal issue.
