The Glynn County Board of Education approved a resolution supporting the City of Brunswick’s Tax Allocation District. The vote was six to one with Dr. Hank Yeargan voting no. The board also awarded a contract for $364,300 to Harper and Company to modify the old Glynn Academy cafeteria into temporary classrooms which will be used for two to three years during the renovations of the Sidney Lanier building and the Science building.
