A 19 year old black female was arrested Saturday morning by City Police and charged with Criminal Attempt murder, aggravated assault, and aggravated battery. The woman, who is in the county detention center is charged in connection with a stabbing incident that occurred in the 1000 block of Albany St. The male victim had a laceration to his right forearm and a stab wound in the right side of his torso.
