Yesterday a Glynn County grand jury indicted 22 year old Roger Lee Owens on three counts of felony murder, home invasion, burglary and violation of the Georgia Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act in the June shooting deaths of Carson Holiman, his wife Vondell Holliman and their grandson Christopher Holliman at their Wolfe Street home. The street gang charge asserts that another house on Wolfe Street was the intended target and not the Hollimans’ house. D.A. Jackie Johnson has not decided whether to seek the death penalty.
