The Marshes of Glynn Libraries Board of Trustees got the estimated time line yesterday for the renovation of the Brunswick-Glynn Public Library from the architect who is designing project. The design is expected to be complete by next February at which time they will develop all the contract documents the county will use to the project out to bid. Phase One construction, which is the Bay St. side of the building, is expected to start in June and be complete by December. Phase two will follow and be complete by late March 2019. At some point next year the Trustees will embark on a capital fund raising campaign to raise money for furnishings, equipment and technology for the upgraded facility.
