Brunswick-Glynn County Joint Water and Sewer Commission work crews closed G Street yesterday at the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard after a part of the road collapsed Tuesday due to a sewer leak. Apparently the sewer leak dislodged enough dirt to cause the road to fall in slightly Tuesday night. Workers began work at 8:30 yesterday morning, closing off one lane on each side of MLK. G Street was closed at the intersection.
